The BSD mirrors are being housed under /pub/bsds/.
The old FreeBSD URL should still be used (the new one isn’t set up properly yet).
We will be removing gnoppix shortly. It seems to have died upstream.
Kanotix doesn’t seem to be properly mirrorable any more. So it’s going too.
The Open CD has been superseded by The Open Disc.
I’ve just noticed that our mandriva PLF mirror is in a bad place.
The new URL for it will be: /pub/linux/rpm-repositories/mandriva-plf/
Please change your configs now, the old URL will die in a couple of weeks.
Also, /pub/linux/mandrake/ doesn’t exist any more. Use /pub/linux/mandriva/
RIP Linux is a nice little distro, suitable for running off a USB flash drive, or PXE netbooting.
We are now the primary mirror for CLUG talk videos. They are also mirrored in the UK. You can find direct links on the CLUG talks page
Seeing as the Beryl project has merged into compiz-fusion, and our Beryl Ubuntu mirror has been broken for a while I’ve scrapped the berylubuntu mirror.
Use gutsy if you want compiz-fusion.
Calling all hardcore Ubuntu users. Gutsy beta is out. Take it for a test-spin, and report any major bugs to launchpad.
Enjoy!
I have removed the Fedora Legacy mirror. The project closed down some months ago and is no longer updated. Our upstream mirror site has dropped it. We do not generally have a policy of supporting out-of-date versions of distributions, and we have a severe disk space shortage. Hence, it is gone.
